1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Client Journey Mapper at map.softgirlops.com (“the Tool”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Tool.

The Tool is operated by Amai Sanii Inc., doing business as Soft Girl Ops™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware C-Corporation with its registered office at 800 N King Street, Suite 304-2441, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA.

By using the Tool, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the Tool.

2. Description of the Tool

The Client Journey Mapper is a free diagnostic tool designed for service providers, coaches, consultants, and agency owners who wish to evaluate the state of their client experience systems.

Your results are generated automatically by a deterministic scoring and templating system based on your self-reported assessment responses. Results are not produced by a human consultant and do not involve artificial intelligence. See Section 4 for important limitations on how results should be interpreted and used.

3. Acceptable Use

By using the Tool, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when completing the assessment.
• Use the Tool solely for its intended purpose of evaluating your own client journey.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Tool.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or systematically extract the Tool's framework, scoring methodology, or content.
• Use automated means, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Tool.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or interfere with the Tool.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Tool in any way that could harm, disrupt, or place an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.
• Use the Tool or its outputs to build a competing product or service without our prior written consent.

4. Nature of Results -- No Professional Advice

Your Client Journey Map and any personalised recommendations are generated automatically from a scoring and templating system based solely on the responses you provide. They are for informational and educational purposes only.

Results do not constitute professional business, legal, financial, or consulting advice, and should not be relied upon as such. We strongly recommend consulting qualified professionals before making material business decisions.

Because your results are generated from your self-reported data, they are personalised to your specific inputs and may not accurately reflect your broader business situation. Results should not be shared publicly as representative of our methodology or as a general benchmark.

You have the right to request human review of your automatically-generated results. To exercise this right, contact us at sabrina@softgirlops.com.

5. Email Communications

Before completing the assessment, you will be given the opportunity to opt in to receiving a follow-up email sequence with resources related to your results. This opt-in is voluntary -- declining does not prevent you from accessing your results.

6. Intellectual Property

All content associated with the Tool -- including the assessment framework, scoring methodology, stage definitions, copy, design, branding, and all related materials -- is the intellectual property of Amai Sanii Inc. / Soft Girl Ops™ and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Tool is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results generated will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amai Sanii Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Tool, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Tool is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to access the Tool (which is $0, as the Tool is currently free), or (b) $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some of the above limitations may not apply.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amai Sanii Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Tool.
• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
• Any information you submit through the Tool that is inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination and Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Tool at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Tool ceases immediately. Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Indemnification), and 15 (Governing Law) survive termination.

11. Third-Party Services

The Tool relies on third-party services including Kit (email delivery), Supabase (file storage), and Railway (hosting and data storage). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these services. Your use of the Tool is also subject to their respective terms of service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify active users by email at least 30 days before the updated Terms take effect. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

If you do not agree to a material change, you should discontinue use of the Tool before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the Tool after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

14. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Tool shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection to venue.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Amai Sanii Inc. with respect to your use of the Tool, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
