This tool is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this tool, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Information We Collect

When you use the Client Journey Mapper, we collect the following:

• Contact information: Your first name and email address (required to use the tool). Your Instagram handle is optional.
• Business information: Your business type (e.g., coach, consultant, service provider).
• Assessment responses: Your answers to the 8-question diagnostic assessment.
• Usage data: How you interact with the tool, including page views and email engagement (opens and clicks), collected via cookies and tracking pixels. See the Cookies section below.

Legal Basis for Processing (EU/UK Users)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Consent: We rely on your consent to send you marketing and nurture emails. You provide this consent by opting in before completing the assessment, and you may withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.
• Contract performance: We process your name, email, and assessment responses to generate your personalised Client Journey Map -- the core service you have requested.
• Legitimate interests: We process usage data (page views, email engagement) to improve the tool and our content. This interest does not override your rights.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate your personalised Client Journey Map and results.
• Send you a follow-up email sequence with resources related to your results, where you have consented to receive them.
• Improve and personalise the content we share with you.
• Understand how the tool is being used so we can improve it.

Automated Processing

Your Client Journey Map is generated automatically using a deterministic scoring and templating system based on the answers you provide. No artificial intelligence is used to produce your results. No human reviews your responses before results are delivered.

Because this tool produces a personalised diagnostic output, you have the right to request human review of your results or to ask us to explain how your results were generated. To exercise this right, contact us at sabrina@softgirlops.com.

Email Communications

Before completing the assessment, you will be given the opportunity to opt in to receiving a nurture email sequence related to your results. This opt-in is voluntary -- opting out does not prevent you from accessing your results.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and we will stop sending you messages within 24 hours of your request.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and tracking pixels to understand how users interact with this tool and our emails (including email opens and link clicks). These are used solely to improve your experience and our content.

By using this tool, you consent to this use of cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect how the tool functions.

This tool does not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals from browsers.

How We Protect Your Information

Your data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties. We use encrypted storage and access controls to protect your personal information. Access to your data is limited to authorised personnel only.

We retain your personal data for 24 months from the date of collection, after which it is deleted unless you have an active relationship with us (e.g., you are an active client or subscriber). You may request deletion at any time as described in Your Rights below.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this tool. Each handles data in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms of service.

• Kit (formerly ConvertKit): For sending follow-up emails and managing your email preferences. Your name, email, business type, and assessment results are transmitted to Kit to deliver your personalised email sequence.
• Supabase: For storing your generated Client Journey Map PDF. The PDF is stored on Supabase's servers, located in the United States, and is accessible via a unique link sent to your email.
• Railway: For hosting the application and storing data. Your personal information and assessment responses are processed and stored on Railway's servers, located in the United States.

International Data Transfers

Amai Sanii Inc. is a US-based company. All third-party services we use (Railway, Kit, Supabase) are also US-based. If you are located outside the United States -- including in the European Union or United Kingdom -- your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.

By using this tool, you consent to this transfer. Where required by law, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms to ensure your data is handled appropriately.

Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data.
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format (EU/UK users).
• Restriction: Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances (EU/UK users).
• Request human review: Request human review of your automatically-generated results.
• Opt out of email communications: Unsubscribe at any time via any email we send.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell or share your personal information for these purposes.

EU and UK residents have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority if they believe we have not handled their data appropriately.

Business Changes

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or dissolution of Amai Sanii Inc., user data may be transferred to a successor entity or deleted. Affected users will be notified by email prior to any such transfer, and you will have the opportunity to request deletion of your data before the transfer takes effect.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before the updated policy takes effect. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

If you do not agree to a material change, you should discontinue use of the tool and may request deletion of your data before the new policy takes effect. Continued use of the tool after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
